English Training Project Center for Children
ETPC is a continuous english training project for children in Samrong Tong District. There are currently over 30 children enrolled at the afternoon school of OBCR. The classes run from Monday to Friday starting at 1:30pm to 6pm and are currently taught by high school student volunteers.

Born in 2005, ETPC is a flagship OBCR project that focuses on building foreign language capability to create an opportunity for the children to be able to communicate in English so as to inspire a better future for them.
Mission:
- To encourage the children to love school and studying
- To disseminate the eternal value of education at the grassroots level especially the parents and guardians
- To become a center for providing high level of education
OBCR-ETPC principle is to uphold the learning value:

B-Learn to do and practice
C-Learn to live in the society being an honorable citizen
